I know we're only like two weeks into fall, but I'

I know we're only like two weeks into fall, but I'm already missing the late sunsets and warm weather of summer. So just going to take a minute this morning to reminisce about the Urban Farm Dinner Series at @bigdeliciousplanet.

The food, the drinks, the ambiance, the space, and the people make any event here simply amazing. So happy I was able to photograph one of the weekly dinners back in August!

While the Summer series has ended, the Fall series is just beginning next week. Don't miss out!

So much fun running around the city with Meredith

So much fun running around the city with Meredith and Vince a few weeks back!

I often get asked what should we wear for our photos and these two are a great example! They stayed comfy and casual for grabbing drinks in the neighborhood. Then switching into something a little dressier for sunset on the skyline. Flowy dresses with the lakefront breeze are always a good idea.

Good Morning and Happy Monday! Today is the first

Good Morning and Happy Monday! Today is the first day with no shoots scheduled since mid- September. Normally I keep my Mondays session free so I can catch up editing, emails and life in general, but rules never apply during busy season. Needless to say, after the marathon of being behind the camera for almost 3 weeks straight, the editing queue has piled up quite a bit. I know how hard the wait to see photos is, so if you checked in, thank you and I will have updated delivery date for you in the next day or so.

As for sessions, October Minis are sold out, but for full sessions, there is one date left at the end of October and two the first week of November. Calendar is closed after that (although November Studio Mini-Sessions are still in the works).

That should catch us up! Now off to the editing cave for the rest of the day...

Big day today! This picture is getting a huge upda

Big day today! This picture is getting a huge update. It’s only been two years since it was taken, but there’s a good handful of new family members that have been added in that short time! I met this family back in 2015 when Ashley and Sean welcomed their first son Quinn (they have 4 boys now!). Then In 2016, I happened to be the second photographer at Erin and Ed’s wedding. Summer 2017 brought Caitlin and Matt’s wedding. Then later that year Lauren and Steve got married and they still hold the record for rainiest wedding day of my career. Bridget and Sean should’ve been in 2020, but we all know how that year went so they celebrated on a smaller scale early 2021. That brings us to today’s wedding, Claire and Matt are making it official. So incredibly honored to have captured so many moments over the years for this family. Tonight’s celebration is going to be a good one! See you all so soon!!
